Climate controlled greenhouse
01 — CLIMATE INTELLIGENCE

Every Degree Matters

Dutch greenhouse automation — climate, water, energy, and data systems with recipe-based control. Automatic roof windows, precision ventilation, and real-time weather integration. Calibrated for the subtropics.

From Greenhouse to Market

AI runs end-to-end: climate automation in the greenhouse, harvest prediction, pricing intelligence, and automated sales via WhatsApp. Our platform Emnia — accepted into Hummelnest, a Raiffeisen-backed accelerator in Austria — bridges the gap between production and market across South America and Europe.

Our Journey

From a single greenhouse
to a 20-hectare AgroPark

2018

Founded. First lettuce greenhouses — building distribution chain, learning year-round production in Paraguay.

2019

First commercial B2B sales. Tomato yield reaches 38 kg/m². The model works.

2022

50+ B2B accounts. Supermarkets and HoReCa. Universidad San Carlos research partnership signed.

2024

European technology partnerships. 1 ha high-tech expansion designed. Dutch climate automation. Kritifil diffusion film.

2025

1 ha high-tech greenhouse operational. 40 ha land secured at AgroPark Villeta. Revenue validated at $539K/ha. Marca País certified. AHK 1st Place Most Sustainable Company. Sello Verde.

2026

AgroPark Phase 1 launches. 2 ha arriving, 20 ha planned. $16.8M fund for 14 ha. Dutch greenhouse technology. Hummelnest / Raiffeisen accelerator. 7 tranches, 2 ha every 6 months.

2029–30

20 ha fully operational. Export to Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia. Phase 2 planning: scaling to 40 hectares total.

We didn't come to Paraguay to build a farm. We came to build a platform that proves food production can be intelligent, sustainable, and profitable — all at once.
